Safe Families Philippines (operated by 4Freedom Philippines Inc) seeks to unite the church, community, and local networks across the Philippines to ensure that children remain safe and families stay together. Rooted in faith and inspired by the Filipino value of bayanihan (communal unity), Safe Families is driven by radical hospitality, generous acts of service, and intentional compassion. It’s about empowering the church to be a supportive network of caring volunteers to assist families who are facing crisis, social isolation and hardship. Our goal is to strengthen families, prevent child abuse and neglect, and reduce the number of children who are unnecessarily placed into the child welfare system in the Philippines. Through these efforts, we hope to foster a community where every child is protected, loved, and supported.
